On 22.02.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Vallinayagam, learned counsel undertakes for taking steps for the 1/4

deceased sole appellant and therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 14.03.2024. On 14.03.2024, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the appellant's name in the cause list and list the matter on 14.03.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

3. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No Costs.
