This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.4 of 2012 on the file of the respondent Police 2.When the matter has been taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the de facto complainant that the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate -II, Pudukottai in C.C.No.31 of 2020. Crl.O.P(MD)No.4369 of 2012 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel either side that the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Court concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Therefore, recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
