ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2838 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1230 of 2023 dated 18.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned 1/3

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed on him by this Court without fail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent is also conceded to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the fact that the petitioner is abiding by the condition regularly till date, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and the condition already imposed by this Court in its order, dated 18.11.2024, is modified and the petitioner herein shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e. on 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 24/01/2025 / TRUE COPY / /01/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
