2.This application is filed to grant extention of time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1068 of 2017. 3.Perusal of the records would show that the petitioner was enlarged on bail on 14.02.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1068 of 2017. However, till date, he has not chosen either to surrender and execute the sureties. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
