and till date, no steps were taken to implead the legal heirs of the decesed sole respondent. The learned counsel further submits that the appellant had purchased the property from the respondent. 2.Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, these Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs.
