This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to defreeze the petitioner's Saving Bank Account No.402100050302326 and fixed deposits Nos. 402200050100452 and 402200050100461 maintained with the 2nd respondent bank.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case has been registered against the husband of the petitioner in Crime No. 14 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 418,420,465 and 468 of IPC and the during the course of investigation the husband of the petitioner has been arrested on suspicion that the amount cheated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

has been transferred to the account of the petitioner. It at all the petitioner is aggrieved he has to approach the concerned court were FIR is pending.
