O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to close the TASMAC Shop No.12020 from Elanthaikulam Village, Watrap Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner has made a representation dated 19.12.2023, to the first respondent District Collector and therefore, he seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation within a time frame.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TASMAC has stated that already the shop has been opened and the same is functioning and therefore, if the petitioner is having any grievances, the authority concerned will consider his representation after affording him opportunity.

4. In the light of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
