ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] These appeals are filed against the dismissal of the petition filed for divorce and allowing one petition filed for Restitution of conjugal rights.

2.The learned counsel for the parties would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between them. A Joint compromise memo, dated 05.09.2017 has also been filed duly signed by the parties as well as the counsels. The parties are also present before this Court and they also stated that the matter may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposed of in terms of compromise memo. The compromise memo is taken on record. Accordingly, there shall be a decree of divorce in terms of compromise memo. The said memo also form part of the order. Accordingly, the decree granted by the Family Court, Tirunelveli stands set aside.

3.In view of the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are allowed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
