ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to peruse the records in the representations dated 10.09.2022, 15.10.2022 and 25.10.2022 made by the petitioner and to pass an order in the said representation.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he is now working as a Police Head Constable at Suchindram Police Station, Kanyakumari under the Tamil Nadu Police Department. Due to severe stomach paid, his wife was hospitalised at Appollo Hospital, Madurai on 23.08.2022 and underwent surgery. The total expenses occurred was Rs.1,92,900/-. But only Rs.68,000/- was paid as per the cash less scheme. Further, due to severe headache, she was hospitalised and spent a sum of Rs.2,97,864/-. But only a sum of Rs.1,02,924/- was paid as per the cash less scheme. Hence, the petitioner has made the representations dated 10.09.2022, 15.10.2022 and 25.10.2022 to the third respondent. Since the said 2/5
representations were not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard Mr.M.Vijayarathinam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 4.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 25.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
