To set aside the judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Judge, Tiruchirappalli in MCOP No.54 of 2013 dated 27.01.2017.

2. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall pay Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
3. On payment of cost, if the papers are otherwise in order, the Registry is directed to number and list the matter for admission.
