O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1023 of 2023 dated 20.12.2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the case was referred as a "mistake of fact", since the case was involved in civil in nature. He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
