Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20054 of 2018 on 02.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to make arrangements to deposit the sum of Rs.25,000/-. Hence, prayed to modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.20054 of 2018 on 02.11.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
