ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.M.P(MD) No.28466 of 2025 in W.P(MD) No. 35833 of 2025, dated 12.12.2025, wherein this Court has granted an interim injunction as against the 6th respondent / Municipality Commissioner, not to lay road in the private patta land of the Writ Petitioner.

2. The present Contempt Petition has been filed contending that despite the interim order, the road has been laid in the petitioner's Patta land.

3. This Court, by an order, dated 27.01.2026, has directed the Tahsildar, Uthamapalayam Taluk, to conduct a survey. After survey, it has been found that the petitioner's patta land has not been disturbed. 2/4
