ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi, to expedite and dispose of the trial pending in C.C.No.436 of 2023 and to complete the same within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date, summons have not been issued to the accused and the case remains at the stage of pending service of summons. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for expeditious conduct of the trial in the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aranthangi is directed to dispose of the case in 2/4

C.C.No.436 of 2023 in Crime No.462 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
