The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.25228 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that a compliance report has been filed by the respondent, wherein it has been stated as under:- 8.I respectfully submit that while serious steps were being taken to comply with the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court, the Petitioner came up with the present Contempt Petition. I respectfully submit that necessary orders were passed by this respondent vide the Proceedings No.Ser3(3)/01/966/2025 dated 30.01.2026 and the same was served to the individual through the District Collector, Tirunelveli on 30.01.2026. I respectfully submit that the orders of the Hon'ble High Court have been duly complied with.
