2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, to complete the trial in Cr.M.P.NO. 1005 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
