RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No. 14234/2018 dated 11.08.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.ASOKAN Government Advocat (Crl Side)for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to Deepavali holidays, the petitioner was unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14234 of 2018 dated 11.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order

dated 11.08.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 14234 of 2018 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
