The learned counsel for the respondent ready for argument. There is no representation on the side of the appellant. 2.The case is of the year 2013 and is pending for the past eight years. Though the case was placed before me on 01.04.2021, 22.04.2021, 16.06.2021, 18.06.2021, 25.06.2021 and on 08.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Even today (i.e.22.07.2021) there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the appellant failed to appear in person. There is no use in keeping the Appeal pending any further. 3.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
