ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the case in TN/RO/MD/MDU/37688 Enf.'C'/M-07/2017, dated 17.05.2017, initiated under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. 2.Since the case is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time. 3.In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the case in TN/RO/MD/MDU/37688 Enf.'C'/M-07/2017, dated 17.05.2017, initiated under the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, if not already disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of twelve (12) weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
