PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records the impugned tender notification of Na.Ka. A2/1875/2024 dated 16.12.2024 passed by the 4th respondent and quash the same and consequently direct him to publish fresh tender notification after following the procedure contemplated in the Tender Transparency laws.

Challenging the tender notification dated 16.12.2024 issued by the fourth respondent, this writ petition is filed.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

dated 16.12.2024 which is impugned in this writ petition has already been cancelled on 30.12.2024 itself.
