ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2017 pending on the file of III Additional District Court, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to the Additional District Court, Tenkasi and dispose of the same in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.In view of the Constitution of Courts in Tenkasi, now the entire matter pending before the various Courts in Tirunelveli Districts have been transferred to the Courts in Tenkasi District. In view of the same, the matter has become infructous.

3.Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
