O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 31.01.2012 in R.C.A.No.67 of 2009, on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Madurai, confirming the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.61 of 2004, by the learned District Munsif, (Rent Controller), Madurai, dated 31.08.2009.

2. This Court, by an order dated 15.11.2019 suggested that a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- could be paid by the petitioner as otherwise, the fair rent would fetch interest, which may be twice the amount.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not disputed the admitted amount.

5. In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the Civil Revision Petition has been withdrawn, it is open to the respondent to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
