For Respondent :Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor ORDER:The Court made the following order:- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.11.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C) r/w 20(b) (ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.213 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 3 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3. After considering the facts and circumstances, this Court has already granted interim bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has thirteen previous cases, out of which, one is registered under the NDPS Act and the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly. Hence, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail already granted by this Court. Accordingly, the interim bail already granted is made absolute. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
