ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.148 of 2022 dated 03.12.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1065 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge 2/4

sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
