ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the defendant in O.S.No.129 of 2011 seeking to strike off the plaint.

2. Now according to the learned counsel appearing on either side, O.S.No.129 of 2011 from which the present civil revision petition arises has been disposed of on 19.10.2016. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition.

3. According to the counsel for the Municipality, the said suit has been dismissed for default. In case, if suit is restore, he may be given liberty to revive the civil revision petition. 2/4
