To pass an order of Relaxation to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 27.09.2022 made in Crl OP(MD) No.17231/2022 on the file of this Honble High Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEYAKARTHIK M.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15269 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17231 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15269 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17231 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
