PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.W5/20744/2019, dated 11.11.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to give the remaining compensation amount of Rs.75,000/- out of total compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- (F.I.R) Rs.25,000/-, Charge Sheet Rs.50,000/-, Conviction Rs.25,000/-) as per a new Amendment Rules of Compensation published on 14.04.2016 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 02.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the petition was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 06.02.2024.
