ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the civil revision petition is filed by the tenant and pending the revision, the tenant has vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the landlord. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made, this revision petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
