JUDGMENT

The appellant was convicted for the offence under Section 376 (2)(f) of IPC and sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment, vide Judgment dated 31.08.2009 in S.C.No.294 of 2006 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kovilpatti. Challenging the same, this criminal appeal has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) informs the Court that the appellant had already served out the entire term of sentence and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Appeal is closed.
