The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of Page No. 1 of 4

the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Trichy for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the first respondent, submitted that in the case in Crime No.1 of 2024, the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Following this, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet in the manner known to law.
