JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented that they are unable to trace out the legal heirs of the first respondent. On perusal of records, it is seen the first respondent died in the year 2021 itself. However, till date, no steps were taken for the first respondent. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as abated.
