When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.628 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department dated 06.02.2023 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
