Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.VEILMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANAND, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 77 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Case as against the order, dated 28.06.2019 passed in M.C.No.56 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2.Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed for allowing this petition. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty thousand only) to the credit of M.C.No.56 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, on or before 14.02.2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11 of 2020 failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
