This is an appeal against acquittal. The appellant is the complainant. The appellant is unable to serve notice on the respondent. The respondent appears to have left the place, where he was originally residing. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. However liberty is given to have the appeal restored after the current whereabouts of the accused are known. With this liberty to restore the appeal, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
