Respondents (both Cases) (Respondents 11 and 12 are Impleaded Vide Court Order dated 02.02.23 made in CMP(md) Nos.12277 & 12278 of 2022 in CRP (MD) Nos.1177 & 1178 of 2009) Common Prayer :- These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the order passed in I.A. Nos.134 of 1998 and 57 of 2009 in O.S. No.674 of 1992 dated 17.03.2009 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli by allowing this Civil Revision Petitions ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day under the caption for extention of Time and earlier order of this Court dated 02.02.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the the II Additional District Munsif, Tirunelveli. vide the letter in D.No.26/2024, dated 06.01.2024, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 02.02.2023, this Court disposed of the above C.R.P with direction to the learned II Additional District Munsif Judge, Tirunelveli, to dispose the suit on or before 31.07.2023.

2.Thereafter, the learned II Additional District Munsif Judge, Tirunelveli, by a 2/4

letter dated 11.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.729/2023 has requested an extension of four months time to dispose of the suit. By an order of this Court dated 04.09.2023, time was extended till 31.12.2023. 3.Again, now, the learned II Additional District Munsif Judge, Tirunelveli,, has sent a letter dated 06.01.2024 bearing reference D.No.26/2024, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension further four months time to dispose of the suit. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of the suit within the time.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned II Additional District Munsif Judge, Tirunelveli, in the above letter, the time for disposing the suit, is extended by another four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
