Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD). No.21124 of 2023 dated 24.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioners, since they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order, dated 24.11.2023.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 24.11.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated. sd/- 08/01/2024 / TRUE COPY / 19/01/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
