Respondent/Respondent/ Respondent Prayer : This Criminal Revision petition is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the Judgment passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge(Fast Track Court), Dindigul, in C.A.No.14 of 2010, dated 09.08.2010 reversing the Judgment of conviction and acquitting him, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, Dindigul District in C.C.No.129 of 2009, dated 25.02.2010 for the offence under Section 498(A) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and set aside the same. ORDER

The parties, Sivasangari and Vimalanathan are present in person before me. They are presently living together. Sivasangari states that she is not interested in pursuing this Revision case.

2. In view of her submission, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
