PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Government order passed by the 2nd respondent in G.O.Ms.No.62 dated 05.04.2022, quash the same and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to approve the revised scale of pay from 01.08.2010 which is payable to the petitioner by the 3rd respondent.
