DECREE : This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.P.GANAPATHI SBURAMANIAN, Advocate for first and 2nd Respondents as set exparte, MR.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the Third respondent, this court doth order and decree as follows:-

1. That the award passed by the Trbunal be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. That the claimant is entitled to a sum of Rs.87,650/- as total compensation with interest 7.5% P.A. From the date of claim petition till the date of realization;

3. That the appellant is directed to deposit the award amount, less the amount already deposited, with proportionate accrued interest and costs within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. on such deposit being made, the claimant who was a minor agaed 15 years in the year 2011, seems to have now attained majority, is permitted to receive the award amount with interest and costs, by filing necessary application before the Tribunal.
