This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 09.06.2010 passed in I.A.No.230 of 2007 in O.S.No.95 of 2003 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tuticorin.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 10.11.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
