The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents.
2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent was registered as CSR.No.601 of 2020 and after enquiry, the same was closed. He would further contend that both the petitioner and the private respondents submitted before the police that they would resolve their dispute amicably before a competent civil court.
