DECREE : This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal, and the records in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Srinivasan, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.C.Kishore, Advocate for the first respondent and of Mr.N.Sathesh Kumar, Advocate for the 2nd respondent and of Mr.S.Lakshmanan, Advocate for the 4th Respondent this Court doth order and decree as follows :-
1) that the Judgment and Decree of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil dated 20.06.2013 and made in M.C.O.P.No.51 of 2011, be and hereby confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed : and
2) that the appellant herein viz., National Insurance Company be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and
