ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the defacto complainant, as against the order of acquittal passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, in C.C.No.249 of 2010, dated 18.04.2011.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.09.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought some accommodation. Therefore, the case was posted on 11.09.2019 as finally. On 12.09.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has returned the bundle to the party and requested to remove his name from the cause list. He also filed a memo to that effect on 09.09.2019. Therefore, the Registry was directed by this Court to remove the name of Mr.Antony Arulraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and print the name of the revision petitioner in the cause list. Accordingly on 13.09.2019, the revision petition was listed in the name of the petitioner even then, there was no representation. Hence, this petition was posted today under the caption for dismissal.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, there was no representation for the petitioner. Eventhough, the matter was called again at 02.15 p.m and 04.20 p.m, there was no representation for the petitioner.

4. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
