O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction as against the the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on 21.11.2025 and renewal to the house property tax in respect of house in Door No. 30 E 2, which is situated at Natham Old Survey No. 416, Natham New Survey No. 1116/3, Old Ward No.1, New Ward No.7, Karuppaiahkonar Street, Hanumanthanpatti Town Panchayat, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 21.11.2025, seeking for renewal of house property tax in respect of his house in Door No. 30 E 2, which is situated at Natham Old Survey No. 416, Natham New Survey No. 1116/3, Old Ward No.1, New Ward No.7, 2/4

Karuppaiahkonar Street, Hanumanthanpatti Town Panchayat, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
