ORDER

The writ petitioner and his brother are joint owners of the property comprised in S.No.304/2A in Pirampatty South Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District. They had partitioned between themselves on 04.01.2012. It is a registered document. Based on the same, the petitioner had applied to the first respondent for issuance of separate patta, after surveying and sub dividing the property in question. Even though the petitioner made an application through online procedure in this regard and also paid necessary fee on 25.04.2018, till date no action has been taken by the respondents.

2.The counsel for the writ petitioner assures that there is no rival claim or dispute.

3.Taking note of the said submissions, the respondents are directed to survey and sub divide the property in question and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner herein. This exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
