This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 209 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case had been filed based on the complaint of the defacto complainant, who is serving as Woman Sub Inspector of Police. She is a neighbour. It is his further submission that the petitioner had given a complaint against the defacto complainant and it is pending enquiry before the very same Police Station. Therefore, he sought time to furnish additional typed set of papers. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submits that the investigation had already been completed and the final report was laid before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tirunelveli through E-Filing.
Since the investigation had been completed, this Court is unable to exercise the power to quash the FIR. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner can file fresh application seeking 2/4
