ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. E.Mareees Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.K.Sanjai Gandhi,Government Advocate, for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.451 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 09.11.2021, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned police Station daily twice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD).NO.505 OF 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD) No.451 of 2021 dated 09.11.2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Police Station on first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
