Prayer: This petition is filed under Section 148 of CPC to extend the time granted by this Court in the order dated 18.07.2025 made in CMP(MD) No.3730 of 2025 in Arb.Appeal (MD) No.39 of 2025.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Vide order dated 18.07.2025, we had granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner / appellant deposits 25% of the award amount within four weeks. It appears that within the time line stipulated by us, the deposit could not be made. Hence, this petition for extension of time has been filed.

2. We extend the time earlier stipulated by four more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the first respondent is permitted to withdraw the same. It is allowed accordingly.
