No.1167 of 2012:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the constitution of India to set aside the decreetal order dated 21.02.2012 passed in I.A.No.1100 of 2011 in O.S.No.1491 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Karur, Karur District. ORDER:- This Civil Revision coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requsition letter submitted by the District Munsif cum Judical Magistrate, Aravakuruchi, through the District Judge, Karur, vide letter in D.No.468/2020, dated 28/08/2020, and non apperance of both the sides this made the following order:

This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.1491 of 2004. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 27.09.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1491 of 2004 within a period of three months.

suit owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further four months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of the suit in O.S.No.1491 of 2004 subject to Covid-19 regulations in holding the regular courts. The learned Munsif shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
