DECREE:This Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and the material papers in this Case, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the Appellant, this Court while dismissing the appeal doth order and decree as follows:- i) That the award passed by the Subordinate Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Kulithalai in MCOP No.83/2012 dated 12.11.2014 be and is hereby confirmed, and the appeal is dismissed. ii) That the Appellant/3rd Respondent viz, National insurance Company Salem be and inhereby directed to deposit the entire award amount, less the amount if any already deposited with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of Claim petition till the Date of Deposit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.

iii) That the respondents 1 to 3 / claimants be and is here by entitled to withdraw the entire award amount along with proportionate interest and costs as per the ratio allotted by the Tribunal.

iv) That there be no costs in this appeal.
